Santa's Wonderland Terms & Conditions:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTAIN IMPORTANT
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS , INCLUDING YOUR WAIVER OF
LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK RELATING TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 OR
ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE, CLASS-ACTION WAIVER,
AND AGREEMENT TO BINDING ARBITRATION.
All tickets/passes are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Each Ticket Holder must have a valid 2022 Admission Ticket for Santa’s Wonderland
Park Admission. Further identification may be required.
ALL 2022 Tickets are valid ONLY during the 2022 operating season and may not be
used in any subsequent operating seasons. Tickets are non-transferable and must be
used within the same year of the purchase. If tickets are unused as of December 31,
2022, they become expired. Upon expiration, such expired Ticket/ Pass may no
longer be used. No refunds will be given. The original Ticket or Pass may not be
transferred, and the amount paid for the original Ticket or Pass may not be
redeemed for cash or be used for any other goods or services.
Park hours & park operating days are subject to change without notice. Santa's
Wonderland is open every evening between November 11th, 2022 and December
Park capacity may be limited due to various reasons including, but not limited to,
Acts of God, governmental direction or guidance from health experts. Admission to
the park may be denied due to park capacity.
Santa’s Wonderland’s park, attractions, entertainment, products, services, food and
retail offerings, and items are subject to change, closure, cancellations and
discontinuance without notice due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, low
demand, government or other authority guidance or order, pandemic-related
restrictions, or any other reason. The owners of Santa’s Wonderland and their
management team reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person(s).
Santa’s Wonderland reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Ticket or
Pass or deny admission to any Ticket Holder at any time for any reason. A Ticket
Holder assumes all inherent risks associated with all rides and attractions and must
obey all safety signage, instructions, and rules.
I attest, acknowledge, and agree that any individual for whom I have bought a ticket,
pass, reservation, or uses a ticket, pass, or reservation made by me and who
accompanies me to the event, has independently and carefully read and agrees to
abide by all Santa’s Wonderland Park Policies. All Park Policies can be found at:
Park-Policies- . If Santa’s Wonderland cancels a ticket due to misconduct of the
holder, no refund shall be due back to the purchaser(s).
Tickets may not be resold. Santa’s Wonderland reserves the right to cancel the sale
of any tickets, without reason or notice. Ticket prices and ticket options are subject
to change without reason or notice.
Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a legal adult while attending
Santa’s Wonderland. Select park activities and attractions may require a signed
Waiver of Liability. Persons under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent
or legal guardian to sign the waiver on behalf of the minor.
Entry into Santa’s Wonderland constitutes consent for Santa’s Wonderland to use
any film, video or reproduction of the image and/or voice of a Ticket Holder for any
purpose whatsoever without any payment or compensation of any kind to the Ticket
Holder. Santa’s Wonderland is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
By purchasing an admission ticket(s) or passes(es), and/or participating in any
activities or event(s), and in consideration thereof, I agree, understand, and
acknowledge, on my own behalf and on behalf of any individual who uses a ticket,
pass, or reservation purchased, or made by me or who accompanies me, in any
event, as follows:
Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 (as defined
by the World Health Organization and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof)
and SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that caused COVID-19) (collectively, “COVID-19), and any
other communicable or infectious disease, exists in any public place where people
are present. By visiting and/or participating in attractions, transportation, activities,
and events at Santa’s Wonderland, I agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in
any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or even death of myself or others. I acknowledge
that my visit and participation are entirely voluntary.
By visiting and/or participating in attractions, transportation, activities, and events at
Santa’s Wonderland, I hereby assume all risks and agree to indemnify and hold
Santa’s Wonderland harmless against all claims, demands, damages, costs, and
expenses. I agree to forever waive, covenant not to sue, release, and discharge
Santa’s Wonderland from all liability Santa’s Wonderland may otherwise owe to me,
my heirs, survivors, beneficiaries, or assigned for any property damage or personal
injury, including death, I suffer. This release applies to all injuries or damages which
may be suffered, even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence or gross
negligence of Santa’s Wonderland.
I acknowledge and agree that any individual for whom I have bought a ticket, pass or
made a reservation or who uses a ticket, pass or reservation made by me is and is
intended to be a third-party beneficiary of that ticket, pass, or reservation made by me.
My indemnification obligations shall include, without limitation, all attorneys’ fees
and costs incurred by any of the Released Parties through and including any appeals.
I understand and agree that I am not relying on the Released Parties to have
arranged for, or carry, any insurance of any kind for my benefit relative to my visit to
and/or participation in attractions, transportation, activities, and events at Santa’s
Wonderland, and that I am solely responsible for obtaining any mandatory or desired
life, travel, accident, property, or other insurance related to my visit to and/or
participation in attractions, transportation, activities, and events at Santa’s
Wonderland, at my own expense
In this document, the named Released Parties are Santa’s Wonderland, Land of
Lights, INC. and their respective parents, subsidiary, and other affiliated or related
companies, and all officers, directors, managers, coordinators, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, representatives, and insurers of each of the foregoing
WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE),
A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL OR FARM OWNER OR LESSEE IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN
INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES,
INCLUDING AN EMPLOYEE OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, RESULTING FROM THE
INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Season Passes
Season Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All Season Pass Holders must
be photographed at Reservation Station. The person using this Season Pass to enter
Santa’s Wonderland must be the person who is shown on the Season Pass and ID.
Season Passes may not be shared between individuals. Santa’s Wonderland
management reserves the right to revoke a Season Pass, without a refund, for
assisting another person in any way of unauthorized entry.
Season Passes may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or
misused. Season Pass Holders must abide by all rules and regulations applicable to
Benefits and Discounts:
A Passholder must present a valid Season Pass and valid photo identification prior to
purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts
are nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used for any
commercial purpose including, without limitation, to obtain or purchase items or
services with the intent to resell such items or merchandise. Discounts are not valid
on previous purchases or on purchases of the Park admission tickets and alcohol. Not
valid in combination with other offers, discounts or promotions. The discounts
offered are subject to change without notice.
As a member of Santa’s Wonderland’s Season Pass program, a Season Pass Holder
will be eligible to receive periodic newsletters and other communications about
Santa’s Wonderland. Pass Holders may also be sent information about special events, products, services and offers based on their activities at Santa’s Wonderland.
These communications may be sent by postal mail or by email, based on the contact
information provided to the Pass program. Pass Holders may receive these
communications from any of the subsidiary and affiliated entities of Santa’s
In the event of a lost or stolen Season Pass, report it to Santa’s Wonderland
immediately. A $10 fee and proper ID is required for a replacement pass. Only ONE
replacement pass permitted per season. Additional replacement passes will be sold
at full price. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a
replacement Season Pass. All terms, conditions and benefits including, but not
limited to, admission privileges, prices, Season Pass type availability, benefits and
discounts are subject to restrictions, availability, and change or cancellation without
notice at any time.
