Health and Safety

Santa’s Wonderland is a large outdoor venue with acres and acres of Texas Christmas Celebrations! In 2020, we doubled the park’s walkable space with 10 additional acres that included a new walkable trail of lights, a new outdoor ice skating arena, and many other new outdoor attractions. Even though we are largely outdoors, we strategically plan to help create a safe place for you to enjoy your Texas Christmas Experience.

In addition to doubling the size of the park, we have taken additional steps including but not limited to: extending opening hours for select dates of our season, private VIP Horse and Carriage rides, redesigned line queues, expanded outdoor seating and tables, easily accessible hand sanitizer stations across the park, new reservations for various attractions, touchless ticketing, and touchless food ordering

Our Promise as a Texas Business

Welcome to Santa’s Wonderland! At Santa’s Wonderland, the health and safety of our guests remain of paramount importance to us! Santa’s Helpers are rising up to meet health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19. To ensure everyone’s safety, as we all enjoy some Texas Christmas Celebrations, we ask that together we make the following promises to one another:
 

Our Promise to You

  • We will elevate cleanliness standards throughout the park and include frequent sanitation of all high-touch areas and surfaces.

  • All areas of our establishment will comply with appropriate social distancing guidelines.

  • We will be adding mobile hand sanitizing AND hand washing stations to be available to all customers and employees.

  • We will add over 100 outdoor patio tables and pub tables throughout the park for increased social distancing while dining. 

  • We will adhere to all local and statewide health standards and requirements.

  • We will post our Promise as a Texas Business at our entrances and throughout our business so that everyone understands the steps we must all take to keep each other and our communities safe.
     

Your Promise to Us

  • If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath), please help us keep everyone safe by staying home.

  • You agree to follow the social distancing and sanitary guidelines that have been put in place to protect you and our other guests and employees.

Santa’s Wonderland

 Any interaction with the general public poses an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable to severe illness from COVID-19. By visiting Santa's Wonderland guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
